The President and his Gamemaker

Capitol

"Let's just say I like things to be...extravagant."

Name: Priam Augustus
Current President of Panem
Current Age: 65

Augustus used to be Snow's right hand man until his death during the celebration of the Seventy-Fifth Games. His sharp eyes can spot fear from a mile away. Even though there are some suspicion that Augustus poisoned Snow, there was never any proof out there that says so.

"Everyone has a reason for surviving. This is my reason"

Name: Nathaniel Evergold
Current Head Gamemaker of Panem
Current Age: 32

A responsible young man. He made it to the top of the Gamemaker table by showing a keen interest in the Games themselves. After pitching the idea of the Eighty-Ninth Hunger Games arena, Augustus had really took a liking to him. He can get nervous at times under his presence but that's natural: everyone gets that. He's often seen in his office finalising plans for, what could hopefully be, future Hunger Games.

Orion Atomos

District Two

"Don't think I'll be beaten by the likes of you"
Name: Orion Atomos
Volunteered
Victor of the Sixty-Eight HG at age Eighteen
Victor of the Seventy-Fifth HG at age Twenty-Five
Current Age: 41
Weapon Used: Sword, Spears and Knives
Kill Count: 15
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: Julia Aquilla, Kaiser Aquilla

As the only veteran of the Games, he takes pride in training  tributes whilst trying to belittle the other non-career mentors. Tough and ruthless is what he is described by others and he hates to lose, especially from the lesser districts. Despite his nature and methods of training he has only managed to mentor two victors: Julia and Kaiser.
Him winning the Seventy-Fifth Hunger Games was a ploy by Snow, before he died, because he wanted to make him the figurehead for the Capitol and to quell further rebellion.

Arena Description:
During his first games, the arena started out in a serene forest area but when you look up there's no sky. The forest is lit by unnatural lights. There are secret passages that lead up to a desert area. Sometimes quicksand and cone-shaped pits appear that drag you down into the forest below.

During the Quarter Quell the arena was a tall building. Tributes started on different floors and are forced to find each other via stairs or elevators. Gamemaker traps were relentless during this time, trying to exterminate the past victors.

How He Won:
During his first games Orion followed the routine of being in the career pack. He hunted tributes as planned by the District One boy, who acted as the leader of the pack. As the days progressed, the remaining tributes grew less and he sensed that the career pack was on it's last legs. He offered to stay up and be lookout and they all stupidly agreed. When he made sure that everyone was sleeping he began to kill them off one by one as fast as he could. Once finished he continued to kill the remaining tributes and finally ending it when he found the District Twelve boy, finishing him off with his spear.

The Quarter Quell was different, he was told by Snow to survive and that he would do his best to protect him during his time in the arena. The career alliance weren't formed, each of the victors stayed with their district partner - those that managed to find each other that is. He didn't encounter any Gamemaker traps and was led to the top of the building where a Feast was being held. There he fought tooth and nail with the remaining tributes and emerged victorious.

Viola Aspen

District Seven

"I'll try my best."

Name: Viola Aspen
Reaped
Victor of the Seventy-Sixth HG at age Twelve
Current Age: 27
Weapon Used: Double-sided axe
Kill Count: 1
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: Scarlet Hickory

Having won at such a young age, Viola found it difficult to mentor tributes because they don't listen to her. Therefore her only successful tribute was Scarlet Hickory during the Eighty-Eight Hunger Games. She remained quiet through most of her childhood and began to grow out of her shell as she matured with age. She still suffers from anxiety from time to time and will sometimes grow quiet. The current President dislikes her with a passion and has often threatened her and even resulted to killing her loved ones. Despite all of this, she remains calm most of the time and tries her hardest to get victors for her district.

Arena Description:
The arena consisted of different ecosystems. It consists of a dessert, forest and ocean biome which all connect to each other and result in unexpected effects around the borders. As the games continue, the biomes continue to intersect with each other, the desert sand blowing into the forest whilst it is being filled with ocean water.

How She Won:
Viola formed an alliance at the start of the games and they lasted longer than expected by the Capitol, especially the newly appointed President Augustus. Her alliance began to die out, however, when the District Four boy killed them all. Scared of what will happen to her, she quickly hid within the now sandy and wet forest and climbing the trees to escape. She hid within the treetops whilst hearing the other tribute's cannons. When it was the remaining two tributes, her and the Four boy, she quickly looked out for him. She heard his voice as he called out for her. Viola shivered at the malicious words he spoke but she continued to jump branches, making sure not to make too much sound. She held onto her axe, one that she found during the initial bloodbath, as she jumped from branch to branch. When she was above the Four boy, she stilled as he looked for her. There was suddenly a large banging sound and this shocked Viola and accidentally dropped her axe straight onto the boy's skull. Her win shocked most of Panem and angered the President.

Cabel Link

District Three

"Do you want me to tell you the chances of you dying out there?"

Name: Cabel Link
Reaped
Victor of the Seventy-Seventh HG at age Thirteen
Current Age: 27
Weapon Used: Traps and Inventions
Kill Count: 5
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: Quanta Logie

Cabel likes to be alone and would often spend his time inside his room constructing all sort of gadgets. He is eccentric to the point of being weird. His dry sense of humour and sarcastic personality often offends people that don't know him very well. He is often regarded as a genius for what he did to the careers during his time in the arena. To date he has managed to mentor one winning victor: Quanta Logie.

Arena Description:
Large bowl shaped corrie surrounded by mountains and trees. There is a frozen lake in the middle, but had running water underneath it; this is where the Cornucopia sits. Traps were sparse here as the cold ended up getting most of the tributes.

How He Won:
He didn't join any alliance during his time because he thought everyone was useless, including his district partner. At the start of the bloodbath he had managed to grab a backpack closer to the edge and to his luck contained tools along with scrap parts. He then ran towards the trees and finding a nice hiding spot for which to plan his traps. Using the knowledge he had gained during the training, as well as the scrap parts, he constructed a suit of insulated wires to keep his body warm to combat the temperature drops during the night. Out of the eleven tributes that died during the bloodbath as well as a further seven killed by the career pack he was left alone. This is when he put his plan to fruition as he managed to get the career pack's attention and led them back to the frozen lake. Once there he started to crack the thinning ice and eventually falling in along with the pack. He had managed to survive this cold ice by having the insulated wires as well as the animal skin and fat he had harvested from traps.

Robin Malus

District Eleven

"Be careful, I'll be here waiting for you."

Name: Robin Malus
Reaped
Victor of the Seventy-Eight HG at age Seventeen
Current Age: 30
Weapon Used: Dagger and Throwing Knives
Kill Count: 3
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: Ashe Barrow

Pragmatic in nature, she likes things to be done right with no complications. She can be quite straightforward at times and is fierce when she's annoyed or angry. She has no filter and will say something whether it's appropriate or not. Being the second oldest out of all the current victors, the other mentors joke that she's the mother of the group which she gets annoyed at. She couldn't face the fact that she couldn't save Roscoe's sister even though he forgives her. Her only successful tribute is Ashe Barrow and was quite tough with him.

Arena Description:
Jungle filled with all sorts of trees with a river cutting through the middle, where the Cornucopia is located. The river water, however, isn't river water and is in fact ocean water because the whole arena is surrounded by a vast ocean.

How She Won:
Robin managed to have one ally during her time in the games, she was Roscoe Tarpan's younger sister. During a clash though her ally was killed and she had no choice but to run. She spent the rest of that time up in trees, watching carefully for anyone. She didn't actively kill other tributes, only doing so when she was seen or attacked. Using this method she had managed to survive till there was only her and the District Twelve girl left. The problem was that the girl from Twelve have become crazy and deranged during her time and was sponsored a gasoline canister. She had stupidly set the whole jungle on fire and somehow trapping Robin within a circle of fire. She attacked Robin with the canister, having no other weapon besides that but she was quickly defeated with a quick stab to the heart.

Roscoe Tarpan

District Ten

"Just listen to me and you'll most likely survive. I don't guarantee it though."
Name: Roscoe Tarpan
Reaped
Victor of the Seventy-Ninth HG at age Fourteen
Current Age: 26
Weapon Used: Rope and Trident
Kill Count: 8
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: None

He had a younger sister and he would often spend time with her but since she was reaped and subsequently killed in the games he has found it hard to communicate to people in general. Roscoe had generally always been quiet and alone but now he refuses to speak up in most cases. He gets shy when around larger groups of people and even found it hard to make friends. Ever since winning the Hunger Games though he is getting better at communicating and is now tolerating larger crowds but he still stammers when he speaks in large groups. He has a strong dislike to the Capitol but he doesn't freely express it in fear for the worst.

Arena Description:
Prairie fields with long green grass. Perfect for traps and hiding, the arena had constant rain that happens everyday which usually floods the arena before draining a few hours later. The prairie is surrounded by mountain ranges as well which contains caverns and animals and the occasional cabin. Usually when the prairie fields flood it's source is from the melting of the snow in the mountains.

How He Won:
His crippling shyness ended up with him having no allies during the arena. During his time in training he deeply studied the concept of making traps and found that using a trident was much like using a pitchfork back at home. So when the bloodbath started he rushed towards the Cornucopia, avoiding several other tributes on the way. He had luckily managed to grab a trident and headed towards the mountains. He managed to stumble across a cabin which he stayed in for a couple of days, finding supplies and some rope. As the snow piles up in the mountains he used his knowledge of rope traps to set up traps within the snow, managing to kill a few tributes that stumble across the cabin. When it was down to just him and the District Two girl, his first instinct was to run away. He had managed to lose her and it took several hours until she had found him again. She attacked first with a flurry of arrows and he dodged most of them, he was hit once on the shoulder and once on his foot. When he had collapsed from the pain, he was approached by her wanting to kill him personally with a sword. As she grew closer there was a sudden snap and a rope encircled her foot suspending her into the air. She had been caught by a trap he had set up earlier, she dropped all her weapons and pulled herself up trying to untie the complex knot. That's when Roscoe took the chance to stand and ready his trident, before stabbing her with it, right on the chest.

Ashe Barrow

District Eleven

"I'll mourn your death...don't worry about it."

Name: Ashe Barrow
Reaped
Victor of the Eightieth HG at age Fifteen
Current Age: 26
Weapon Used: Katana
Kill Count: 5
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: None

Having experienced the games at such a young age, Ashe resorted to alcohol to drown the memories of his time in the arena. He had given up on motivating his tributes all together often leaving it all to Robin but he is still forced to do this every year. When he is sober, Ashe is often by himself waiting for the time where he can drink or at least sleep. He does offer advice, only if he was pushed by Robin to do so.

Arena Description:
Underground Caverns, with deep ravines. Often dark, tributes were given miner hats to navigate the caves. There are tunnels located at every nook and cranny, tributes often find food in the form of bats and rats.

How He Won:
When the bloodbath began he ran into the dark cave, seeing light flash before him. He dodged the careers and picked up a katana. He grabbed his District partner and led them away from the Cornucopia. They stayed within this tunnel surviving on what they could find. Luckily his partner was proficient in lighting fires and they managed to cook food that way. The caves often secrete water and that's how they got their water. During this time, Ashe practiced his blade skills whilst listening to the cannon shots. When they notice that there's only a few tributes left both him and the girl began hunting the remaining tributes. After immediately killing the last tribute, the girl quickly turned on Ashe and slashed at him with the newly acquired knife. He got cut pretty badly but he still managed to show some willpower and stabbed her with the katana, deeply regretting it.

Julia Aquilla

District Two

"Do your best. Second place is literally not an option."

Name: Julia Aquilla
Volunteered
Victor of the Eighty-First HG at age Eighteen
Current Age: 28
Weapon Used: Roman Short Sword
Kill Count: 6
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: None

After winning her games, she was promoted to Commander and Chief of security in the Capitol because she is loyal to the Capitol; that and the President adores her. She likes control and order but believes that brutality and excessive violence is not the way to do it. As such, she often speaks freely and clash with the President but due to her high rank within the Capitol she is respected by him. She has an intense hatred for her brother, Kaiser, because he left District Two after winning his games for District One. She clearly thought that this was an act of betrayal and he was hated by her ever since. Ever since that incident, she returned to being a mentor in order to stop potential defectors.

Arena Description:
Tundra wilderness, during the mornings the weather is pleasant and is often sunny. There aren't much places to hide within this arena. During the night, however, the weather changes drastically; blizzards happen frequently. Sometimes hailstones fall during the day at a fast rate. Gamemaker Mutts involves monstrous bears and moose.

How She Won:
Before volunteering for the Hunger Games, Julia had been training as a Peacekeeper. She used the skills she got from that training to her advantage, applying guerilla tactics to every tribute she encountered. She decided to go solo and fended for herself. She had managed to kill a few tributes, most of which included the Careers; using her sword as well as hand to hand combat. When she was about to look for the last tribute she heard a cannon shot from within the arena, it was a District Six boy that had clearly committed suicide.

Arthur Graff

District One

"Now, now let's not make any rash decisions."

Name: Arthur Graff
Volunteered
Victor of the Eighty-Second HG at age Eighteen
Current Age: 27
Weapon Used: Spears and Sword
Kill Count: 6
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: None

Being the only victor for District One, Arthur continues to mentor his tributes but not being able to actually produce victors. Despite this Arthur remains confident about his tributes. However, he is naive and falls prey to the simplest of things. Arthur also has a temper if push comes to shove and will lash out quite violently. Although he was the leader of his career pack in the games, Arthur isn't the self-obsessed career type that others come to associate him with. Kaiser's methods of teaching slightly worries him.

Arena Description:
Roman Coliseum with underground tunnels and each leading to rooms that contains areas such as river valley, temples and jungles. As the time goes on, each of these landscapes become blocked eventually leading the remaining tributes to an Aztec like temple landscape.

How He Won:
Followed the standard career pack, working together to hunt other tributes early on in the games. He was chosen as leader and he handled the pack well; he designated teams as well as areas for each of them to go hunt in. After returning from killing one or two tributes, he returned above ground in the coliseum where he heard cannons, thinking little of it he got back to the camp and found that the District Two boy had killed everyone in the alliance. He got angry at the boy and they clashed their weapons. He quickly finished him off to get revenge for his allies. He ended up wandering the arena, not encountering any of the other tributes. It's been days later when the Gamemakers decided to hold a feast in one of landscapes; the golden aztec temple with the supplies on top of the temple. As he made his way towards it several cannons can be heard and when he arrived he found that the District Ten boy had killed each and everyone of the remaining tributes. He was currently waiting for him at the top. Arthur quickly ascended the stairs, avoiding the arrows that were fired towards him. He reached the top in no time knocking the boy to the ground. He looked on as the Ten boy started crying, he pulled out his sword and plunged it deep into the boy's stomach.

Aqua Chambers

District Four

"You're pathetic, you know that?"

Name: Aqua Chambers
Volunteered
Victor of the Eighty-Third HG at age Sixteen
Current Age: 24
Weapon Used: Glaive and Knives
Kill Count: 5
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: Christopher Arlyn

Cold, heartless and blunt; just some of the words used by other victors to describe Aqua. She doesn't care about it though and would rather be called those names than anything at all. Her hair was dyed a blue colour during her time as a tribute and she preferred it like this. Despite being Kip's mentor, she heavily disliked his personality and can be seen either punching him or shouting at him during his time as a tribute. The aggression only increased when he won, which shocked Aqua as she thought he was done for when he got kicked out of the careers.

Arena Description:
Desert but intersected by a glacier. The glacier was triggered to melt at a fast rate as the Games drag on. This ended up flooding the arena and cause waves when bits of the glacier fell into the water.

How She Won:
The second week was closing in and by this point the water has reached everyone's knees making it harder to traverse the now wet sand. There were, including her, four tributes left and Aqua was nearing her fourth kill when a piece of the glacier fell into the water creating a giant wave, it washed away the tribute she was pursuing then later drowned. Aqua, frustrated, went back to the her now submerged camp finding that someone had ransacked it. There was blood floating around the waters and was surprised when an arrow comes whizzing past her shoulder. She turned around to find the District Five girl, another arrow ready on her crossbow, aimed right at her. As she fired, Aqua dodged the arrows whilst simultaneously throwing knives at the Five girl, who also dodged them as if she was trained to do it. She was about to shoot again when she was suddenly pulled down into the water. Aqua thought it was a Gamemaker trap but once she saw who it was she was more scared than ever. The person that dragged the Five girl down was the District Two boy, he stood up and pushed the Five girl's head into the water keeping it there until she drowned and the cannon echoing throughout the arena. He then turned to her, his tired expression showing that he has had enough. Aqua knew that it was just him and her left. She began by throwing knives at the boy but it didn't seem to affect him at all. He lunged towards her with speed and Aqua was left to defend herself with her Glaive. Once she gained her footing within the water and sand she continued to slash at the Two boy but to no avail. She looked around and found the crossbow still loaded with a bolt. She picked it up and aimed it at the boy's head who laughed. She rushed towards him before firing, she missed with the crossbow but she had a hidden knife from her sleeve and then stabbed the boy in the heart whilst he was distracted.

Farrina Wheatley

District Nine

"What's the point of training tributes when all they're going to do is die?"

Name: Farrina Wheatley
Reaped
Victor of the Eighty-Fourth HG at age Fifteen
Current Age: 22
Weapon Used: Sickle
Kill Count: 2
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: None

Regarded as the quiet victor from Nine, Farrina spends most of her days by herself. Her parents have long since died from sickness and she was an only child. Her experience in the games really scarred her mind. She would often space out and not pay any attention to her surroundings. However, she is smart and cunning. She doesn't give out much advice as she too had given up on training tributes to win the games.

Arena Description:
A forested area with no clearing other than the Cornucopia. Climbing trees are best around here and the main features in this arena is the constant fog that appears every morning as well as larger sinkholes appearing every two or so days.

How She Won:
Farrina joined an alliance that consists of about four people. They remained an alliance for quite a while until one of the tributes, the District Six boy decided that it was time to split up. Having killed a tribute during the bloodbath, Farrina was still shaken up about it. She reluctantly agreed to the splitting of the alliance and ended up close to the Cornucopia, after avoiding a quick death by sinkhole. She lasted till the final three where they were dragged to the only stable ground there was, the Cornucopia. When she got to the forest clearing she immediately heard the cannon shot seeing the male tribute from Six kill the One male. She was scared now that it was only down to her and her previous ally. However, the boy didn't show mercy and attacked her straight away. Farrina gained a few cuts and bruises, she thought she was going to die as she fled towards the centre of the Cornucopia. Then she remembered about her sickle and started to attack back. She managed to use it well, being from the grain district. She fought back, ignoring the injuries and noticed that the boy tripped on some boxes. She took her chance then sliding the sickle around his neck before pulling it, decapitating him in the process.

Quanta Logie

District Three

"Use your wits, think things through. Don't die."

Name: Quanta Logie
Reaped
Victor of the Eighty-Fifth HG at age Eighteen
Current Age: 24
Weapon Used: Traps and Knives
Kill Count: 4
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: None

Not a true believer of the Hunger Games but she continues to mentor in fear that something bad might happen to her. She acts supportive towards her tributes and will often teach them a few things as well. She can be bossy at times and will scold her tributes for the simplest of mistakes. During her time in the games she didn't listen to Cabel's advice but she did thank him for them. She has also been forced to go on a diet by the Capitol to look presentable, she used to be really thin and pale but now she's more slim and have a fair complexion.

Arena Description:
Fairground complete with working rides and tons of food. No wild animals, just modified mutts. Tributes had to eat via food stalls, which made them unhealthy unless they were sponsored via sponsor gifts. The fairground is nice during the day but is nightmarish at night.

How She Won:
Ten people died during the initial bloodbath which Quanta survived in. She hid within the big top for a couple of days listening to cannons and avoiding the muttations within the large tent. It was a form of circus acts where the clowns and animals come after you. She managed to avoid them throughout this time by using the copper wires and the metallic knives she received as a sponsor. The way she used them was she attached them to the ride's machinery dismantling them to create a live wire trap with the wires. Most of the mutts and some tributes that had managed to wander in the tent died from the live wires. It was a couple of days later where the final battle began, it was just her and the District Seven male left. She ran towards the merry-go-round and hid amongst the horses. Whilst she was doing that she was tying the copper wires to the knives. When he appeared she immediately threw them all at him, most missing and one hitting his stomach. She took the wire attached to the knife and ran towards the machinery of the merry-go-round. She had timed it perfectly, she attached the electric wires and waited for when the fairground rides started. By the time they did start the boy had pulled out the knife but not before being electrocuted making Quanta the victor.

Christopher Arlyn

District Four

"I didn't get kicked out of the careers! I left...willingly..."

Name: Christopher 'Kip' Arlyn
Volunteered
Victor of the Eighty-Sixth HG at age Eighteen
Current Age: 23
Weapon Used: Trident and Nets
Kill Count: 6
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: None

Happy-go-lucky in nature, Kip volunteered for the Hunger Games because it was his father's wishes. He did stand a chance against the other careers, he was just too positive for life. It's as if the Games didn't affect him at all but it did. Throughout his time in the arena he had constantly battled with himself every time he was preparing to kill someone. He regrets everything that he had done especially to his district partner. Whenever he sees her family the guilt wraps him up and begins to have a panic attack. Despite this he hides his emotion well through smiles and laughs, as well as the odd joke or two.

Arena Description:
A large volcano with surrounding jungle scenery. The tributes began at the top of the volcano and have to traverse a wooden suspension bridge to get to the Cornucopia in the middle of the volcano.

How He Won:
Kicked out of the careers by the District One boy during the second day, a unanimous decision by the rest of the pack, even his district partner disliked him. The One boy gave him time to leave when they were paired out hunting; Kip thought it was quite nice of him, so he left staying positive that he'll survive. He decided that the best tactic was to hide and he found himself a nice cavern near the volcano using the net, that he was sponsored, as a trap mechanism. He managed to trap some tributes with the net, surprisingly; he killed them after uttering apologies. He stayed within this cavern until the volcano started to show signs of eruption. Just managing to get out in the nick of time as the volcano erupted Kip ran into the jungle, with his nets and trident, but was intercepted by his district partner. They were the only tributes left after she confessed to killing the rest of the career pack, her mental state had degraded and she was covered in blood. She lunged ahead first but Kip had managed to get out of the way and ran away from her, he didn't want to kill his own district partner. She chased after him and Kip had the idea of throwing his net at her in hopes of trapping her. Thinking it was a stupid idea he threw it anyway and to his surprise it worked. He stopped running, turning around he readied his aim with the trident before throwing it with all his might managing to pierce her chest and ultimately killing her.

Warren Quark

District Five

"Remember, keep a level head. Don't end up like me."

Name: Warren Quark
Reaped
Victor of the Eight-Seventh HG at age Eighteen
Current Age: 22
Weapon Used: Broadsword
Kill Count: 5
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: None

A very quiet individual, Warren grew up without the help of his parents but loved his two siblings: Proto and Neut. When his parents died from unknown circumstances, the two brothers began to live with Warren and therefore relatively safe from the Hunger Games. Mostly silent when others interact with him, he will only speak to you when spoken to. He is good natured and will not talk about people behind their backs. He isn't 'smart' like most people from District Five. His brothers are both aged Twelve.

Arena Description:
Small village that is surrounded by woodlands and mountains. The mountains are prone to avalanches and sometimes floods the arena with snow making it difficult to traverse.

How He Won:
He grabbed a backpack and the broadsword closer to the Cornucopia during the bloodbath, it was filled with supplies that can last him for days. He hid in one of the houses along with his allies, and fought other tributes when it was absolutely necessary. He protected his allies and didn't worry about himself. He was outraged when he returned from a food hunt and found that they were ambushed and killed, he disregarded the cannons as his allies because he thought they were relatively safe from harm. He went on a rampage and started looking for the people that ambushed his allies, which was coincidentally the Career pack. He had managed to confront them killing both the District One boy and the District Four girl. He left the other three as he went back to recuperate. There was another cannon shot a few days later and that night found out it wasn't one of the careers. They were now down to the final four. He headed out, looking for them. He traversed the thick icy snow until he found the three careers. He moved quickly, slicing two of the three with his broadsword before killing the other with his bare fists.

Scarlet Hickory

District Seven

"Don't forget the key to winning is to manipulate others, trust no one."

Name: Scarlet Hickory
Reaped
Victor of the Eighty-Eight HG at Fourteen
Current Age: 17
Weapon Used: Knives
Kill Count: 6
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: None

Viola's only successful tribute, Scarlet listened to the advices Viola had given her. However, the thing that made her win was her manipulative nature. Without that she would've not been able to survive the arena at all. Her tactics around traps were due to her quick-thinking. She talks a lot of game and she can definitely bring it.

Arena Description:
A deserted city that has a slight tilt to it, the city itself is half sunken in water whilst the other half is covered in vegetation. As the days progressed the higher the water levels rose.

How She Won:
Scarlet won her games through manipulation, she had managed to make the other tributes hate each other whilst keeping to herself during training. She didn't bother with allies and when the bloodbath started she took the closest backpack and some knives before hiding in one of the derelict buildings. Having received some rope as a sponsor she carefully moved herself from the empty buildings to the more vegetated area. She began setting up traps for both tributes and animals. Her traps were successful enough because she had managed to get at least five tributes with it: two careers and three other tributes. She happily took their resources before going out to the Cornucopia where the final opponent would be. Nearing the end of the Games, the water levels began to rise at a faster rate and the Gamemakers started burning down the vegetated areas causing the remaining tributes to come closer to the Cornucopia. By the time she arrived at the Cornucopia; it was only her and the District Two girl left.  When they met, tired and out of breath, the girl from Two pounced on her and started attacking with her knife. Scarlet got a few cuts but she won by wrapping rope around the girl's neck, the girl's hands were preoccupied and Scarlet held onto the rope tightly. It was a painful experience for her but she did what had to be done.

Kaiser Aquilla

District Two/One

"Let's see which tribute is better. Mine or yours."

Name: Kaiser Aquilla
Volunteered
Victor of the Eighty-Ninth HG at Sixteen
Current Age: 17
Weapon Used: Knives and Sub-machine Gun
Kill Count: 12
Status: Alive
Successful Tributes: None

The president's favourite victor thus far. Kaiser had single handedly killed most of the tributes during his time in the games, but that's not the only thing. His first impression with President Augustus really struck him and some speculated that the President himself gave Kaiser the Sub-machine gun as a sponsor gift. He also wished to be transferred to District One as another mentor which the President gladly granted, this move was hated by his sister: Julia. Normally, Kaiser is calm but his face can look psychotic and nightmarish if he's angry. He has a chilling voice when he speaks because he is often soft spoken.

Arena Description:
Small tropical island surrounded by an endless ocean, there was nothing much in this arena and it was easy to see most of the tributes.

How He Won:
During his time in the arena, he hid behind his fellow allies and not really speaking much. He was then captured by another big alliance led by the District Eleven boy. This so called alliance have been dubbed by everyone as the 'anti-career' pack. He was kept prisoner because the Eleven boy wanted to bait the others were he will then kill the rest of them. However, one night Kaiser was sponsored a gift, everyone was either asleep or out hunting. No one had really noticed that he had untangled himself from the rope he was tied to. Once he managed to get the parcel and opened it he smiled. It was a gun, not only that it was one he had seen before. Soon enough he started gunning down the so called 'anti-career' alliance leaving no one alive. He rampaged the camp hearing shots of cannon after cannon. His career alliance quickly came to the scene seeing Kaiser with the gun. They were weary of him but that didn't bother Kaiser at all, he began aiming at them and shooting not really giving them a chance to leave or escape. He had managed to shoot the leader of the pack - the One boy - on the leg but he limped away when he found out that the gun had no bullets left. Kaiser threw the gun away before prying a knife out of his previous allies' hands. Closing in on the boy he shoved him to the ground, turned him around and stabbed the knife straight for his heart.

The West side of the park are terraced housing areas. The South has the rest of the park as well as a main road blocked, beyond the road is blocked by electric fences and buildings. Mutts in these area come from rabid dogs and cats as well as statues forming a figure of the deceased tributes. The seasons changed every three days starting from Spring and ending in Winter.

How He Won:
Shepherd stayed with his allies to the very end. Originally, the Ten and Nine tributes formed an alliance but Shepherd's district partner invited the Four boy after noting that he was not part of the Career pack. Shepherd's district partner had died during the Bloodbath by the Seven girl. Grief stricken at the very start of the Games, the tension began to grow between the rest of the group as the days go on. Later on in the Games, they all decide to go to the forest in search for supplies, something the Nine boy was not too happy about; he eventually left after losing faith in his alliance and was then killed by the blood hungry Two girl the next day. This had plummeted the morale of his alliance even more and the Four boy took charge of the group and decided that they need to go to the School to keep warm from the coming cold. As they begin to rest during the night, however, the Seven girl attacked again injuring the Nine girl. Shepherd had managed to kill the Seven girl by strangling her with the length of rope. After she had died, the guilt immediately came across him but was comforted by the dying Nine girl until she passed the next day. With only him and the Four boy left, they continued with the plan in going to the school eventually reaching it and finding warmth for the next day as they see the Two girl's face light the sky. It was the final five, the Gamemakers decided to hold a feast inside the main hall of the school. They sent Statues of the now deceased tributes and chased them down to the hall and effectively locking them inside the hall; along with the One boy, Four and Five girls. During the feast, Shepherd ran and got the bags whilst his ally fought with the One boy, who had ambushed them. The Four and Five girl had clashed and once he got the bags and he saw his ally defeat the One boy, they escaped the hall, no longer guarded by statues. Two people had died that day and the both of them decide to lay low for a while and on the final day, the Gamemakers set the school on fire driving all three of them to go out the school where they fought with the Four girl. Shepherd stood there and watched his ally as he speared her foot and leg but was eventually overpowered by her. Unable to move fast, Shepherd had managed to beat the girl by using her trident to stop her from moving, and as she lay there grasping at the trident, Shepherd finished her off by strangling her with his necktie as he did not like seeing her struggle in pain.
